IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Return Authorization: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization. Please contact us at tiffani@tiffanievanscreates.com to request authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Damaged Products: If your physical product arrives damaged and you wish to receive a refund or replacement, you will need to contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Items are not eligible for returns after this time period. Please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging as part of your request. We will review your case and provide further instructions on the return process if applicable.
To begin a case for a damaged product, please email tiffani@tiffanievanscreates.com and include your order number and contact information (name, email, phone number) and clear photos of the damage.
Refunds for Damaged Products: Upon receiving your email with the required information, we will assess the damage and determine the appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund for the damaged item(s) or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks (10 business days) for the funds to clear.
Exchanges: We are unable to process exchanges for any products. Please be sure of your selection before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping: In the rare event an item must be returned, we will NOT cover return shipping for returns. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items not eligible for returns:
Digital Downloads: Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. All sales for digital items are final.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order or personalized items, as these are specially created for you. All sales for these items are final.
Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on clearance products.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Discounted Bundles: Items sold as part of a discounted bundle (e.g., $10 for $25) can only be returned if the entire bundle is returned. If you wish to return a bundle, the full set must be sent back to us. We cannot accept returns on partial bundles.
Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellations: We cannot accept order cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
